Qualifikationen

For one of our clients, we are recruiting an Accountant to join a multicultural and international environment in Luxembourg.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Daily accounting of Luxembourg SPVs, including monthly and quarterly closings when required
  • Assisting with the preparation of Luxembourg statutory accounts
  • Supporting annual closing and regulatory reporting to the authorities
  • Assisting with VAT returns and annual tax declarations for Luxembourg SPVs
  • Cash, bank and intercompany reconciliations
  • Monitoring SPV bank accounts and Borrower Debt Service Accounts
  • Invoice monitoring and management
  • Preparation of payments and intercompany recharges
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly interest statements for borrowers
  • Ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
Profile Required
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Luxembourg within an administration company or in-house environment
  • Experience with SPVs and Holding structures
  • Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP
  • Debt investment exposure is a plus
  • Real Estate accounting experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Comfortable with accounting software (eFront is a plus) and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to integrate easily into a team, autonomous and reliable
