Jobbeschreibung

• Provide Helpdesk Support for IT requests/issues reported by Tickets/Emails/Walkins/Teams/Telephone and the ones escalated by 1st level support staff.
• Administration of Active Directory Domain, Servers and applications running on them.
• Keeping the Software and Server Infrastructure up to date by patching/updating/upgrading/replacing.
• Provide End-user Trainings and orientation on the IT Resources provided
  
  

Requirements

• Create and maintain documentation in IT Knowledgebase.
• Actively contribute to optimize IT processes.
• Initiate IT Purchase requests and keeping the IT Inventory UpToDate.
• Occasional travel to Thorlabs locations and weekend work would be required.
• Create and maintain excellent relation with Technology Venders and Suppliers.
• Upskill to new technologies that the company can benefit from.
• Willingness to travel upto 25%.
