Your tasks

• Responsibility for warehouse management system and transport management system and connected processes
• Requirements management and system optimization
  Close cooperation with specialist departments to define requirements and continuously improve systems
• Change and release management
  Planning, control and implementation of changes, releases and deployments in accordance with the change management process
• Test and rollout support
  Participation in implementations, rollouts and execution of UAT, integration and regression tests.
• Operation and support
  Ensuring daily operations and 2nd level support for system and process-related issues.
• Service provider management and documentation
  Coordination of external partners incl. SLA/OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, logistics or comparable training
• You have several years of professional experience in logistics/IT, ideally related to supply chain or retail
• Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL as well as handling ticket and monitoring systems
• Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes
• Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable
• You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as your structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
