Position: IT Security Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Creation and implementation of IT security concepts according to customer specifications (e.g., in accordance with BSI IT baseline protection using appropriate IT baseline protection tools and international standards for IT/information security).
• If necessary, design of product adaptations and monitoring of correct implementation in development.
• Conducting internal and external workshops and training courses.
• Collaboration on the preparation of quotations for national and international projects.
• Calculations and concept development in the field of IT security for new and existing projects.
• Identification, documentation, risk assessment, and communication of security gaps, as well as advising customers on alternative solutions.
• Installation and configuration of these solutions at the customer\'s site and implementation of workshops and training courses.
• Management of assigned employees for IT security projects.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science with a focus on IT security or comparable qualifications such as specialized training with many years of professional experience.
• Confident use of basic IT security tools (e.g., SAVe tool).
• Many years of experience in the creation and implementation of IT and information security concepts.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Good knowledge of project management and project segment management.
• Good understanding of business administration.
• High level of intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working.
• Interest in continuous development in the field of IT security.
• High level of teamwork and communication skills.
