Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the reliable and sustainable operation of the corporate IT environment ( on-premises & cloud)
• Close collaboration with business units to align IT services with operational needs
• Administration and ongoing operation of server client and endpoint environments
• Operation and maintenance of corporate network services (LAN WLAN VPN)
• Administration of Microsoft 365 and identity-related services
• Continuous operation and improvement of IT service management processes
• Analysis and resolution of complex IT incidents and system issues
• Responsibility for data backup recovery and storage processes
• Coordination and supervision of external IT partners and service providers
• Maintenance of documentation standards and operational guidelines
• End-to-end support responsibility ranging from user-facing requests to complex system-level troubleshooting

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in operating and administering an internal corporate IT environment (on-premises and cloud)
• Solid knowledge in managing heterogeneous IT landscapes including servers clients and networks
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and identity-related services
• Structured reliable and sustainable way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to independently analyze complex technical issues and resolve them in a systematic manner
• Experience with IT service management processes and clear well-structured documentation
• Strong service and user orientation with professional interaction across business units
• Experience in collaborating with and managing external IT service providers
• Willingness to continuously develop technical and methodological skills
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills for daily work
