Overview

For our location in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen we are now looking for an IT Administrator (m / f / d) – full-time.

At Bühler Motor Aviation, we develop intelligent electromechanical seat adjustment systems and the associated electronic, mechanical and pneumatic components for aircraft seats. In this way, we ensure the best possible comfort for aircraft passengers during their flight.

Your tasks

• First-level support for users in the Windows environment, hardware / software, smartphones and networks via ticket system, telephone and e-mail
• Acceptance, classification and prioritization of requests
• Notification of replacement requirements to Purchasing and checking of IT goods receipt, inventory and goods issue
• Installation of PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones
• Maintenance and continuation of the IT knowledge database
• Second-level support and collaboration with central service providers, both internal and external
• Support in the area of software packaging

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Ideally three years of professional experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365)
• Knowledge of server and network administration (mainly in the Windows environment, but also for Linux)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in the field of data protection and information security
• Experience in a production company desirable
• Ability to work in a team as well as a strong service orientation and very good communication skills
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
