Your tasks
  1. Manage clients' property rights portfolios on a project basis, including formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models (on-site or remote)
  2. Input data into internal systems accurately, and handle administration, maintenance, and monitoring
  3. Train internal employees across Dennemeyer locations on formal IP rights processing
  4. Support other Dennemeyer departments as needed
Your profile
  1. Educational background in IP (e.g., Paralegal apprenticeship, Patent Attorney Assistant) or relevant professional experience
  2. Customer-focused with professionalism and discretion
  3. Precise, autonomous, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  4. Willing to travel and flexible to work at different locations temporarily
  5. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); German is a plus
