We’re looking for a Senior Manager (m/f/d)
  • Evidence of all‑round personal development: excellent academic performance combined with international exchange programmes, internships, professional extra‑curricular activities, etc.
  • 8+ years of work experience at a top‑tier consultancy firm in digital strategy development and/or execution.
  • Profound experience and in‑depth knowledge of one or more topics: Open Finance, ecosystem‑based business models, data strategy and exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product & service innovation, payment processes and technology, regulatory issues in data and payments (e.g. PSD2, GDPR).
  • Proven leadership skills through the management of (project) teams.
  • Proven track record in shaping, selling, and managing consulting projects, preferably in digital payments, digital identity, data sharing, and open banking / finance.
  • Commercially savvy with a relevant network in the DACH region, preferably consulting sales experience and an intrinsic motivation to further develop in this area to accelerate our growth in the DACH region.
  • Genuine interest in exploring digitalisation topics in depth and a keenness to continuously challenge yourself and others.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
Role Overview

As a Senior Manager you advise our clients on digital strategy and transformation. You lead a team of 2‑5 consultants from diverse backgrounds, provide sector‑specific knowledge and strategic advice, translate complex commercial, operational and technical information into concrete road‑maps and specifications, expand your own client network, develop commercial proposals, build new propositions, and coach junior colleagues.
