Your Role

• Support the team across a broad range of legal topics, especially financing, international private law, general contract law, corporate law, capital market law, commercial law, banking supervision law, labor law, and data protection law
• Deal with regulatory and compliance‑related topics (e.g. WpIG, KWG, GWG, ZAG, MaRisk & MaComp, and KI‑VO)
• Prepare assessments, memos, and statements on various legal topics
• Develop, negotiate, and manage contractual relationships with corporate clients, international banks, financial institutions, and service providers
• Support the team in the creation, maintenance, and further development of various contracts and processes, incl. the use of AI tools
• Collaborate closely and cross‑functionally with the Capital Markets, Sales, Operations, Finance & Risk, and IT departments
• Independently manage various processes and projects

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business law with a focus on finance or fully qualified lawyer
• First relevant practical experience (in finance and/or corporate law) is an advantage, young professionals are welcome
• Strong interest in corporate finance, capital markets, economic contexts, and interdisciplinary topics
• High intrinsic motivation, eagerness to learn, and hands‑on mentality
• Independent working style, passion for the job, and a high sense of responsibility
• Open, communicative manner, quick comprehension, and the ability to work in a team
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
• Very good MS Office skills and initial experience with legal AI tools is an advantage
