THE ROLE

Do you want to make financial innovation secure? As an Information Security Manager (all genders), you will protect our tailored SaaS solutions and play a key role in developing our ISMS in line with DORA, ISO 27001, and financial sector regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Further development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISMS in accordance with DORA, ISO 27001, and relevant financial regulations
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits together with internal audit and external auditors
• Coordinating business continuity measures and maintaining relevant documentation
• Identifying, analyzing, and assessing IT and operational risks
• Preparing security and risk reports for senior management and supervisory authorities
• Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring penetration tests to ensure the resilience of our SaaS applications
• Conducting internal self-audits to review the effectiveness of internal controls and processes
• Planning and delivering security trainings and awareness workshops
• Responding to customer and employee inquiries related to information security

Your Profile

• Degree in Economics with focus on Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in information security or risk management, ideally in the financial or banking sector
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (especially DORA, MaRisk) and ISO 27001
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured working style with a hands‑on mentality
• Strong communication skills, a team mindset, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
