About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms and develop strong collaborations with influencers to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Negotiate collaborations, manage contracts, and track influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Social Media Management (Organic):
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, building community engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Work with the marketing team to align influencer and social media strategies with brand campaigns.
  • Support content creation (copywriting, visuals, short-form videos).
