POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

Provides training, education, and data analytical support for infection prevention initiatives to clinical staff and medical staff providers. Utilizes computer applications to collect and assimilate data. Creates appropriate reports and documentation. Prepares reports of training, monitors, education and non-compliance. Also provides classroom and community education support. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability, and motivation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• H igh school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate’s degree preferred.


• Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as good organizational skills.


• Experience with data collection tools preferred.


• Strong training and communication skills


• Must demonstrate qualitative analysis skills in order to run quality education reports.


• Excellent support service skills and the ability to critically think in a busy environment.
