For our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or remote in Bulgaria, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Managed Services Europe team.

In this role, you will provide both 2nd and 3rd level support for Identity Governance platforms based on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Additionally, you will manage day-to-day support operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of our customers' IAM systems.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operate and support IAM solutions (SailPoint IdentityIQ) for global clients in complex, customized environments
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, resolving access issues, provisioning errors, and system incidents
  • Proactively monitor system health and integrations, identifying issues early and ensuring operational stability
  • Optimize custom workflows, connectors, and provisioning logic, and support system upgrades and performance tuning
  • Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with customers to enhance IAM processes and system value
  • Maintain documentation and mentor junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and team development
Your Skills and Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience in IAM, especially with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused communication
  • Solid knowledge of databases, directory services, and IT security best practices
  • Enthusiasm for complex challenges in enterprise user and access management
  • Fluent in English; German and SailPoint certifications are a plus
