A leading IT service provider is seeking an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support for IAM solutions, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and strong analytical skills, working to enhance system performance and stability for global clients. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
For our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or remote in Bulgaria, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Managed Services Europe team.
In this role, you will provide both 2nd and 3rd level support for Identity Governance platforms based on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Additionally, you will manage day-to-day support operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of our customers' IAM systems.
