Job Summary

KCL Gloves team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Eichenzell location. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to broker HR services and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes : job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage Works Councils relations.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation.
Payroll & Benefits
  • Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.
Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.
Learning & Development
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing employee relations, works councils, unions, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a business-related field
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and organizational design strategies and best practices
  • Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
