Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with employees and provideHR guidance and support
  • Participate inthe employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more toensure effective integration ofspecialists inthe company
  • Oversee the administration ofcompensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners
  • Analyze HRmetrics and develop action plans to improve them
  • Translate company culture and values
  • Provide training and support tomanagers and employees onthe performance review process and expectations
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
  • Analyze the usage ofthe compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback
Requirements
  • 3+years ofHR experience, preferably inaproduct ortech company
  • Experience withHR processes, procedures, metrics, and policy guidance
  • Understanding ofHR standards and adrive to improve existing practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English for working inaninternational environment
  • Proactive, business-oriented, empathetic, and open-minded
  • Good time management and willingness tolearn and grow
