Our customer is an international industrial groupand a leading manufacturer in the Machine Clothing (MC) business withproduction sites in Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Italy as well as sales officesacross Europe. The company combines tradition with innovation and offers anopen culture, short decision-making processes, and international careerperspectives.

Tasks:

  • Lead all HRactivities in Europe (plants and sales offices)
  • Ensurecompliance with European labor law, corporate policies, and SOX requirements
  • Manage laborrelations and maintain constructive cooperation with works councils and unions
  • Lead anddevelop the European HR team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Supportleadership in talent acquisition, training, and succession planning
  • Overseecompensation & benefits, payroll, and HR analytics
  • Analyze and providerecommendations in line with Total Rewards policies
  • Drive HRintegration, organizational change, and continuous process improvement
  • Act asstrategic partner to business leadership and HR colleagues in America, Asia andEurope.

Yourprofile:

  • Universitydegree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years ofHR experience, incl. 3+ years in a senior HR role in an industrial,international environment
  • Provenexpertise in European labor law, works councils, and labor relations
  • Experiencewith organizational change and/or post-merger processes
  • Strongbackground in payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems (ideallySAP)
  • Fluent inGerman and English; other languages are an advantage
  • Residence inthe Cologne/Bonn area is required
