About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy with business objectives. You’ll work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, champion HR processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building strong workplace relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with line management to provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
  • Partner with Talent Development to gather insights and support workforce growth.
  • Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted.
  • Consult with internal legal counsel on sensitive personnel matters.
  • Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
  • Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
Who You Are

We’re looking for a talented HR professional with the following qualifications and skills :

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Fluency in English and French (German is a plus!).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Creative thinker with a structured approach to managing workload.
