Mission
As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience for our German team (~100 people in Sales & Customer Success) – our largest market outside France – as well as supporting one or more additional international teams. You’ll combine hands-on HR partnership with ownership of strategic projects, working in close collaboration with managers, the international HRBP team, and other key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to HR partner for managers in Germany and assigned international markets, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring alignment with our values and HR principles.
- Support managers in navigating complex situations and delivering impactful employee conversations.
- Own and lead strategic HR projects (e.g., employee wellbeing, performance review process, or similar) from design to implementation.
- Partner with the broader international HRBP team (based in Lyon, Paris, and Milan) to exchange best practices and deliver cross-country initiatives.
- Drive internal mobility initiatives, ensuring clear growth paths across teams within Agicap and facilitating fair, effective internal recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle and strong business alignment.
- Actively contribute to fostering and engaged, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer (also based in Berlin) on strategic projects.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of German HR law & experience in handling difficult cases
- 3 to 5 years of experience on the German scope
- Experience in worked in a dynamic environment (startup, scaleup, top mgmt consulting or similar)
- Experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
- International work experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a natural people person.
- Advanced project management skills, capable of managing complex projects.
- Mature and confident personality, capable of working autonomously.
- Knowledge of payroll & contract/admin topics in the German context is a strong plus.

- 3rd round : on-site visit to meet the rest of the HR team and our C-level executives
