Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner for Germany & Switzerland! Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success? Robert Walters is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our offices in Germany and Switzerland, based in our Düsseldorf office.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Change Management: Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (CoE) to ensure policies are up-to-date. Lead organizational change projects, including restructuring initiatives. Use data insights to identify trends and areas for improvement. Deliver People Plans in collaboration with wider HR teams.
- Employee Relations: Provide exceptional employee relations support, balancing business needs with local employment laws. Conduct investigations into disciplinary or grievance matters, ensuring impartiality. Coach line managers on team development and integrating HR goals into daily operations.
- HR Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor team members to deliver consistent HR services. Liaise with Legal, Finance, and other functions to ensure cohesive processes. Drive training, development, and performance improvements within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar HR role, ideally with responsibility across multiple countries (Germany & Switzerland preferred).
- Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and proven experience in employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement organizational changes and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems like D365 and PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills paired with creative problem-solving abilities.
