Could you be the full-time HR Business Partner (f/m/d) in Mannheim we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

In Mannheim, over 1000 colleagues from 36 different countries work together to develop locomotives, as well as signal and propulsion technology for vehicles that are deployed both regionally and worldwide. Our general management ensures that Alstom continues to grow and become more successful. You’ll report to Oliver Böschen, Site HR Director Mannheimand work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, translating business needs into effective HR strategies
  • Drive recruitment and workforce planning to ensure timely staffing and strong talent pipelines
  • Lead performance and talent development initiatives, including coaching, reviews, and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and maintain strong industrial relations
  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits to implement salary reviews, incentive schemes, and job grading
  • Oversee HR operations, data accuracy, and deployment of HRIS tools and metrics
  • Support budget planning and manage HR-related expenditures within your scope
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
