YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you ensure that our rooms and public areas are spotless and inviting — reflecting the quality and warmth our guests expect from Marriott.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Oversee the daily operations of the outsourced housekeeping team
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, daily task lists, and documentation (e.g. lost & found, cleaning checklists)
• Handle guest requests and follow up on special cleaning or maintenance needs
• Monitor stock levels of linen, cleaning materials, and amenities
• Check and verify invoices and maintain accurate housekeeping records
• Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards at all times
