Position Title: Senior Specialist Talent Systems

Role Overview

Proficient and detail-oriented HCM Sr. Support Specialist with expertise in SuccessFactor modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding. This team member will play a pivotal role in configuring, optimizing, and managing our SuccessFactors HCM system to enhance talent acquisition, employee management & onboarding processes.

Accountabilities
  • System Implementation, Configuration and Enhancement
  • Integration and Data Migration
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Compliance and Security
  • HR Project Delivery
  • Subject matter expert in all things SuccessFactors including but not limited to Employee Central, RCM and ONB
  • Provide guidance to the COE as part of system release reviews and continuous system/process improvement.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of HR systems and upgrades.
  • Analyze HR business requirements and recommend solutions to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of HR systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven experience in configuring and optimizing various SuccessFactors modules, Eightfold, OrgVue and Qualtrics.
  • Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics, including Integration Center.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, platforms and employee data management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • SuccessFactors certification/accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills preferred
Experience & Education
  • B.S. Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience with HR technology platforms, systems, analytics and processes
