Your Mission: 50/50 Split Focus

50% Closing Incoming Pipeline:

  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls
  • Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments

50% Sourcing New Lead Opportunities:

  • Instagram DM conversations and engagement
  • Strategic email outreach campaigns
  • Outbound calling to high-value prospects
  • Creative prospecting across multiple channels
Daily Responsibilities
  • Instagram Lead Management: Respond to DMs within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close
  • CRM Management: Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records
