- Define and own the company-wide risk strategy and governance
- Lead portfolio management & monitoring with full ownership of portfolio KPIs and risk limits
- Design and scale the hedge program, incl. hedge curve shaping+ trading execution
- Drive portfolio optimization (assets, structured products, hedging instruments) to maximize margin and reduce volatility
- Build and run the Trading Desk, incl. setup of HPFC construction (0–18 months) and operational risk discipline
Qualifikationen
- Strong experience in trading / hedging / portfolio risk management (power markets ideal)
- Proven track record designing hedge strategies and managing risk frameworks (limits, VaR/exposure, governance)
- Solid understanding of structured products and their integration into portfolio strategy
- Hands-on capability to own fundamental power price / market models (ideally cross-commodity)
- Leadership mindset: can build teams, enforce risk discipline, and operate in high-stakes environments
