What you can expect

• You will lead the Enterprise Architecture Team and assume overall responsibility for developing and monitoring the DKV Group's technology strategy and roadmap.
• In doing so, you will ensure that our technological solutions are effective, scalable and optimally aligned with our business objectives.
• In your role, you will maintain an overview of all technical activities and specifically promote innovation and efficiency within the company.
• You will be a driving force in digitalisation, scaling our systems and securing our technological competitiveness.
• Your tasks will include monitoring technical KPIs, budgets and schedules, as well as technical due diligence and PMI integration planning.

What makes you stand out

• You have in-depth knowledge of IT / technology and extensive experience as an enterprise architect / CTO in international organisations.
• You have broad expertise in enterprise architectures from software development, particularly in back-end and front-end development as well as data and AI architectures, and have successfully implemented these in larger organisations.
• You have many years of experience in developing IT strategies and roadmaps.
• You have in-depth knowledge of budget planning and control, always keep an eye on costs and identify potential for optimisation at an early stage to achieve sustainable improvements in processes and results.
• You are enthusiastic about new technology trends and their application.
• You combine a passion for technology with a keen sense of scalability and efficiency.
