Position: Head of IT - Cloud & Artificial Intelligence / AI (f / m / d)

Region: Westphalia-Lippe at the Dortmund location

Contract: Permanent position full-time / part-time

Responsibilities

• You will take over the management of the Cloud & AI department and make a significant contribution to the implementation of the corporate and sub-strategies.
• You develop the cloud and AI roadmap of IKK classic and implement innovative solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure OpenAI or M365 Copilot.
• They ensure stable and secure cloud operations, implement new AI applications in compliance with data protection and security standards, measure their success and promote high user acceptance.
• You will lead a team of experts, design structures and processes and ensure the close integration of the specialist department into the IT Management division.
• You manage collaboration with external IT service providers, conduct negotiations and ensure the quality of the services provided.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You have extensive knowledge of cloud architectures, AI technologies and Microsoft 365
• You have in-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, BSI C5 or DORA
• You have experience in successfully managing complex projects and working with service providers
• You have proven leadership experience and the ability to develop teams in a goal-oriented manner
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
