Head of IT Application Management (m / f / d)

Plenty of room for your expertise - how to get involved :

• Leadership: You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management and further development of a team of IT service managers and experts
• Strategic responsibility & Service quality: You develop and implement the ITSM strategy and ensure high service quality through defined IT services and continuous optimization based on KPIs and feedback
• Process design & tool management: You design, document and optimize ITIL-based processes and are responsible for the selection, introduction and further development of modern ITSM tools
• Project & resource management: You manage and coordinate IT projects, are responsible for budget planning, resource deployment and support license and system audits
• Cooperation & interface management: You work closely with internal departments, IT departments and external service providers to ensure smooth processes and joint achievement of objectives

Personal and professional - we build on your strengths :

• (Several years of) experience: in the IT sector and in leading and motivating teams
• Qualifications: University degree with a focus on information technology, preferably computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• (In-depth) knowledge: in IT service management, comprehensive knowledge of ITIL, ideally ITIL 4 and ITSM processes, use of common ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) as well as knowledge of current IT trends and awareness of new technologies and trends in ITSM
