Your seat to fill :
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the HRBP and HR Admin teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Guide and support HR teams and leadership across locations, acting as a key escalation point for complex HR matters
  • Drive the evolution of HR processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with global best practices
  • Lead performance cycles, salary reviews, and talent development processes in close partnership with management
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—particularly for executive and high‑impact departments
  • Act as a strong voice for HR in leadership forums, offering data‑driven insights and strategic guidance
  • Partner with TA to ensure a seamless and impactful recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Works Council, supporting smooth co‑determination
  • Identify, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline across functions
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital HR systems to increase transparency and efficiency

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken any additional language knowledge is a plus
