We have partnered with a market leading, high growth International business based in Munich, to appoint their new Group Head of Finance to support their continued expansion and transformation.

Reporting directly to the CFO and managing a team of 6 FTEs, you will be the technical and operational face of finance. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership, drive global governance & compliance, and ensure investor-grade reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

You will bring deep technical expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, accounting topics and financial control, ideally have previous ERP systems implementation experience. Success in your first year means building a high-performing team, strengthening global compliance, and earning credibility with stakeholders across geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Financial Reporting: Leading the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS (and/or local GAAP as required).

• Group Consolidation: Overseeing global consolidation processes across multiple entities

• Financial Control & Governance: Design and enforce strong internal control frameworks and accounting policies.

• Audit & Compliance: Manage external audits and relationships with auditors across jurisdictions.

• Support the CFO on a variety of projects including M&A, financial due diligence & Investor Relations materials.

• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of finance professionals across Europe.
