The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a monthly trading plan campaign strategy, aligning with seasonal trends and key topics, and optimizing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions.

  • Lead monthly trading campaign strategy.
  • Manage and optimize CRM campaigns (email and print), focusing on personalization and effectiveness.
  • Develop, test, and execute META advertising campaigns with an internal media buyer.
  • Implement structured A/B testing strategies to improve campaigns and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.

  • Experience in a DTC business, preferably in FMCG or beauty sectors.
  • Proven success in Meta advertising, with case studies demonstrating improvements in ROAS and CPA.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a results-oriented, hands-on approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing performance; familiarity with Asana and Tableau is a plus.
