The Head of CX Demand Center Europe, is a new strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer demand creation and conversion across industrial adhesive SBUs in the region. This role – positioned in ACM Marketing Europe - will lead a newly established cross‑functional team tasked with managing digital media campaigns, CRM/lead management, a centralized contact center, analytics and inside sales. The Head of CX Demand Center, Europe will work closely with regional business heads, sales leaders & teams, technical and marketing teams to convert this new demand achieving measurable results. This role also requires a proven ability to lead change within a complex organizational environment.
