Overview

Horizon Distribution part of Shiji Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations & Business Support to manage & continuously improve all aspects of our operations.

You will look after all aspects of our after-sales operation for both of our products Horizon Distributions online booking platform and IcePortal Content.

You will be a tech savvy analytical person who likes to explore how to use technology to do things better & faster.

You will be a good communicator. Professional & presentable you can meet and talk to our customers directly.

What you will do
  • Manage implementation support & PMO teams across different regions
