This strategic role involves working closely with our Business Development team to identify market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, technical insight, and market knowledge to elevate Soul’s position as a leader in the DeFi space.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution for expanding business opportunities, including new market entry and partnership development.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, clients, and partners to support business growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies based on findings.
  • Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring favorable terms that support the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and drive brand visibility in the market.
  • Track and analyze business development metrics to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Comes with at least 5 years of experience in business development or strategic sales, with a proven track record in market expansion and partnership cultivation.
  • Holds an MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and advanced sales skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, market analysis tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Has an extensive understanding of the DeFi sector, competitive landscapes, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong in leadership, communication, and relationship building, with a capability to influence and engage.
