Qualifikationen

• Praktische und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hardware-Entwicklung.
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Anforderungen an die Elektronikentwicklung im Automotive-Bereich.
• Sichere Anwendung von EDA-Software.

Aufgaben

• Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenanforderungen in ein Systemdesign.
• Implementierung der Hardware-Architektur in Schaltplänen und Layouts.
• Technische Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei Kundenkontakten.

About us

Our customer has been developing reliable hardware and software solutions, electronic assemblies and devices for national and international technology companies from automotive, automation and testing technology, as well as many other industries such as medical technology and consumer electronics, for over 30 years.

Tasks

• Evaluation and further development of customer requirements into a system design

• Derivation of the requirements for the electronics and development of the hardware architecture

• Implementation of the hardware architecture in EMC-compliant circuit diagrams, PCB layouts and, if necessary, cable drawings

• Independent development and dimensioning of analog and digital circuits

• Coordination in collaboration with internal and external project participants

• Development of specifications and creation of data sets for the industrial series production of the assemblies

• Support our QA and participate in analyzes such as: FTA, FMEDA and FMEA

• Implementation and documentation of circuit simulations and thermal simulations

• HW/SW interface definitions in collaboration with our software department

• Support of in-house qualification in the creation of test specifications

• Commissioning of the assemblies manufactured in-house together with software development

• Support, supervision, if necessary, implementation of qualification tests with the in-house testing laboratory or

• external testing institutes

• Supervision of external approvals of electronic devices and coordination with suppliers if necessary

• Optimization of the electronics based on the qualification results with the support of the testing laboratory

• Technical support for our project management in customer contact with ongoing projects and during creation of offers

Your profile

• University degree in electrical engineering, electronics or comparable qualification

• Practical and several years of experience in hardware development

• Good knowledge of electronic components and components

• Ideally knowledge of the requirements for electronics development in the automotive environment, motor vehicle and

• Commercial vehicle sector

• Knowledge of EMC-compliant electronics design

• Practical experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers

• Confident use of EDA software (e.g. Altium Designer) and common simulation tools

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable
