What does your everyday look like?

Ensure the smooth operation of the front office in accordance with Hilton Worldwide standards as well as house standards. This includes:

  • Greeting and checking in guests as well as assisting with group travel arrangements.
  • Check-out departing guests using the hotel's proprietary system
  • Serve as a key contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
  • Be constantly informed of all hotel products, services, rates and special promotions, as well as current VIPs and special events
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and marketing programs
  • General telephone duties as well as taking reservations
