Your Mission: Maximize adoption & drive success!

We’re seeking a GTM and Growth Engineer to join our RevOps team to design and execute strategic lead generation that enhances sales productivity and drives pipeline growth. You’ll partner with our Marketing team and Sales Leadership to align strategy, keep data clean and accurate, and uncover new lead opportunities. role is perfect for someone who loves mixing RevOps data optimization and creative growth hacks to help scale a fast‑growing go‑to‑market engine.

In this role you will:
  • Design and manage outbound campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on strategy execution and performance goals.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data through regular reviews, audits, and process improvements.
  • Track key metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance insights to boost overall productivity.
You will excel in this role if you have:
  • 2 years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM roles with measurable impact on pipeline or sales productivity.
  • Outbound & lead generation experience. Hands‑on experience running campaigns that drive engagement and new opportunities using state‑of‑the‑art tools (e.g. Clay / Freckle).
  • Data focused & analytical you love cleaning, auditing, and making sense of data; SQL or similar tools a plus.
  • Experience using automation tools you’re comfortable building workflows from scratch and automations (we use n8n).
  • Work seamlessly cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing to keep things aligned.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced environments and figure things out on the fly.
