Your tasks

As Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the link between sales and marketing and provide impetus for our performance-oriented activities. You ensure that our solutions are known to our target group and that nexmart is positioned as the B2B champion in our industries. If this sounds exciting to you, then apply and join our team.

Please note that proficiency in written and spoken C1 German is essential for this position.

What will you be doing?

  • Planning and implementing performance-oriented sales campaigns with various activities for lead generation and nurturing
  • Optimizing and updating our sales documentation
  • Conducting market and industry analyses for targeted lead generation based on lead mining
  • Strengthening our brand awareness by planning and implementing digital events and networking activities
  • Expanding our position as a strong B2B partner by developing our thought leaders, e.g., via social media or other communication formats

Requirements
  • You know how B2B software sales work, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done – always with the aim of making our performance activities even more successful.
  • You have a digital mindset and like to think outside the box.
  • You have a good feel for relevant digital events and know how we can further expand our networking activities.
  • You can identify with your tasks – you work independently, but regularly exchange ideas with your team.
  • You are results-oriented and drive projects forward with energy, analytical thinking, and clear structure. You are open, communicative, and approach tasks with commitment and a systematic approach.
  • You have completed training in marketing or a degree – and have been successfully working for at least two years.
