• Drive integration and consolidation of multiple business units and acquisitions
• Partner closely with the CEO and private equity investors on strategic initiatives
• Ensure best-in-class financial governance, reporting, and compliance
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and financing activities
• Support M&A processes and play a central role in preparing the business for a successful exit event

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in a private equity environment
• Experience with buy-and-build strategies, integrations, and group consolidations
• Prior exit / transaction experience highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English required
