In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent position from July 2026 as Graduate M&A (all genders) at Corporate & Institutional Banking.

Corporate & Institutional Banking - Who we are:

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) is engaged with a broad client base ranging from Large Multinational and Mid-sized Corporates, institutional investors as well as financial services providers (Institutionals). The division is, among others, a leading provider of investment banking services.

The program offers a 12-month rotational path that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our organization and valuable exposure to different areas within our investment bank.

• Induction and trainings in Paris
• Two six-month assignments, one in Frankfurt, one in Paris. It will also provide you with deep insights into our different activities in Investment Banking, notably M&A Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition-, Real Estate- and Leveraged Finance, as well as Securitization
• After successfully completing the program, you will join the M&A Advisory Department in Frankfurt

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Participation in the origination of diverse M&A and ECM projects across various industries
• Interaction with clients in the context of live transactions and our ongoing marketing efforts
• Support in the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, IPOs, public takeovers and (pre-IPO) fundraisings across all process steps
• Performing industry and company research as well as operational benchmarkings and business plan analyses during the project preparation phase
• Preparation of financial models and comprehensive company valuations (multiples, DCF, LBO etc.)
• Responsibility for the preparation of key process documents (Teasers, Info Memos, Management Presentations, Analyst Presentations etc.)
• Process coordination and organisation, exchange with clients and other project parties
• Identification of potential investors, preparation of approaches, collation and analysis of feedback

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• Track record of outstanding academic performance
• Previous internship experience within investment banking
• Very good financial modelling and valuation skills
• International experience as part of your studies or previous work is an advantage
• Quick thinking, excellent analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to confidently coordinate and successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• High sense of responsibility and integrity
• Team orientated approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal expression and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
