About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Third-Party Relations Senior Key Account Manager to lead and manage strategic third-party partnerships at a global level.

In this high-impact role, you will drive licensing-in and licensing-out relationships to fill portfolio gaps, accelerate access to protected products, and optimise global production capabilities. You will work cross-functionally and at senior levels, shaping alliances with key industry players and ensuring successful execution of complex global agreements.

Reporting to:Global Head of Third-Party Relations

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and execute global third-party strategies, creating value-adding alliances across the industry.
  • Lead and support global negotiations and contract execution, ensuring robust internal preparation and alignment.
  • Define, manage, and continuously refine account strategies for assigned partners, prioritising activities and managing potential conflicts.
  • Secure buy-in and alignment from senior internal stakeholders, including Management, Legal, P&I, Supply Chain, Clusters and other key functions.
  • Drive execution of signed global contracts, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives.
  • Support introduction of new active ingredients (New AIs) into ADAMA, working closely with the Global Biology Lead to define collaboration strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global third-party processes, ensuring end-to-end system usage and effective implementation across functions.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, including meeting minutes, negotiation updates, and maintenance of a fully updated master table.
What You Will Bring
  • Relevant academic degree in Agronomy, Biology, or Business (MBA is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in the crop protection industry across relevant roles and disciplines.
  • Comfortable leading complex negotiations with multinational partners in a global environment.
  • Strong background in B2B account management and/or sales, with exposure to marketing and technical roles internationally.
  • Solid understanding of the global crop protection regulatory landscape.
  • Deep expertise in negotiation strategy and execution, from objective-setting through to contract closure.
  • Strong grasp of marketing, portfolio management, and project management within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of contractual terminology and interpretation.
  • Native or fluent English required, additional languages are a strong advantage.
