We are looking for a Global Talent Marketing Lead (f/m/d). This role is a key leadership position within the Global Talent Attraction team, operating in a decentralized and truly global environment within a global Talent Acquisition center of expertise.

The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Attraction.

  • Developing Siemens' strategy as an Employer of Choice for professionals and early talents
  • Creating and managing a global talent communications, channel, and content strategy
  • Developing and overseeing our global Early Talent and Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Evaluating program success through KPIs
  • Building positive relationships with local TA operations and leaders
  • Collaborating with key partners across Siemens ecosystem
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of specialists

You excel in

  • Education: Master’s degree in HR Management, Marketing, Branding, Communication, or relevant experience
  • Experience & Skills: Strategic experience in a global organization, change management, leadership, business sense
  • Ways of working: Effective networking, communication, resilience, constructive response to challenges
  • Languages: Fluent English
