Overview

The position :

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact with an exciting new launch product in the obesity space.

This role is responsible for critical areas such as pricing strategies, market access planning, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), launch sequence, health technology assessment (HTA), and payer marketing.

This is a leadership position, managing four talented professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and drive the global market access strategy and integrate it into broader brand strategy
  • Drive early market development to prepare for successful market entry and long-term patient access
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including global, regional and local colleagues, to prepare the market for the current and future needs
  • Align evidence generation plans with the value proposition and address evidence gaps, collaborating closely with the Medical Affairs team.
  • Integrate clinical, RWE, and health-economic evidence to support value demonstration and payer decision-making effectively
Qualifications
  • Relevant life science degree
  • 5+ years experience in global market access, preferably including core markets (US is highly desirable)
  • Strong expertise in value-based pricing, evidence generation, and payer-focused value propositions
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in above country roles
