Overview

Join the world’s leading local delivery platform as we strengthen our corporate governance backbone through a global GRC transformation. We are looking for a Global GRC Coordinator to help us drive alignment, collaboration, and impactful execution across our worldwide Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) network.

From 2025, Delivery Hero is implementing a global GRC matrix structure, connecting regional/local GRC teams with Group-level Risk Assurance and Compliance functions. The Global GRC Coordinator will be the vital link between these vertical and horizontal structures—enabling communication, coordination, and data flow to ensure global OKRs translate into actionable plans at every level. This role involves building and nurturing a network of GRC Champions, driving the rollout of a new GRC tool, and ensuring consistent processes, training, and communication across the organization. You will also liaise with other governance stakeholders, such as Internal Audit and ESG/CSR, to ensure a fully integrated approach.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, implement, and develop a global network of GRC Champions, acting as their primary point of contact for guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Plan and lead regular global GRC meetings, facilitating coordination across regions and functions.
  • Design and deliver training programs for the global rollout of the GRC tool(s), track completion rates, and measure effectiveness.
  • Support the GRC leadership team in organizing and coordinating GRC-related communication activities and events.
  • Create and execute a global GRC communication and internal marketing strategy, managing newsletters, updates, and internal information platforms.
  • Take ownership of the reporting relationships between GRC and relevant stakeholders, such as the Management Board, the Audit Committee / Supervisory Board, Group Accounting, Internal Audit, External Audit, Legal, Finance, etc. Identify reporting dependencies, and populate / manage the relevant reporting dashboards and tools, and assist in the preparation of high level presentations and management summaries.
  • Review and validate inputs/outputs of the GRC tool with Champions and stakeholders as part of the annual risk cycle.
  • Manage the end-to-end project for preparing regulatory GRC reports, including the annual Risk & Opportunity Report, ensuring accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Support additional GRC initiatives or projects as required by line management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in governance, risk management, compliance, or corporate project coordination within a global/matrix organization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures, functions, and seniority levels.
  • Ability to coordinate complex, cross-border projects and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs; confident in facilitating large virtual or in-person sessions.
  • Proficiency with governance or risk management tools; comfortable working with data to measure outcomes and track KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
  • Background in risk assurance, compliance, internal audit, or related fields.
  • Experience implementing governance technology tools.
