We are looking for a Global GRC Coordinator to help us drive alignment, collaboration, and impactful execution across our worldwide Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) network.
From 2025, Delivery Hero is implementing a global GRC matrix structure, connecting regional/local GRC teams with Group-level Risk Assurance and Compliance functions. The Global GRC Coordinator will be the vital link between these vertical and horizontal structures—enabling communication, coordination, and data flow to ensure global OKRs translate into actionable plans at every level. This role involves building and nurturing a network of GRC Champions, driving the rollout of a new GRC tool, and ensuring consistent processes, training, and communication across the organization. You will also liaise with other governance stakeholders, such as Internal Audit and ESG/CSR, to ensure a fully integrated approach.
Knowledge of ESG/CSR reporting and governance processes.
