We’re hiring our first Global Account Executive Lead to spearhead our sales efforts across Europe. You’ll own key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and play a central role in scaling our sales organization.

Please note that for this role, C2-level English proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the Account Executive Team (>10 AEs) across 5 markets. Grow the pipeline, refine our sales approach, and lead by example

  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to generate high-quality opportunities

  • Run demos, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals — while coaching others to do the same

  • Analyze customer needs, competitors, and market trends to continuously sharpen our strategy

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team as we expand

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (8+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups

  • ️️ Proven success in scaling sales operations, ideally across more than one market.

  • Proven success in driving go-to-market and scaling sales operations, ideally across more than one market.

  • Passion for innovation in renewable energy and a strong desire to make an impact.

  • A strong closer with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments

  • ️ Excellent English communication skills (C2). Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.

  • You believe that a sales team works best when collaborating closely together in the office. (there can be of course always exceptions)
