Your mission

We are looking for you immediately as a Global Account Executive (Large Enterprise) (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Munich. As a Global Account Executive (Large Enterprise) (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for winning strategic enterprise clients: you will build relationships at the executive level, pursue new opportunities, manage complex deals from the initial contact to closing, and ensure real, long-term value. You will position yoummday as the preferred partner for innovative outsourcing and CX solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Goal of the Position: You generate revenue in the enterprise segment, actively build your pipeline, close deals, and directly contribute to the global success of yoummday. You chase new opportunities in strategic named accounts, build your pipeline through multiple channels, and leverage executive briefings, industry events, and creative approaches to unlock new opportunities. No deal is too complex, no target unattainable.

  • Sales Expertise & Enterprise Impact: You manage the entire enterprise sales cycle – from first contact and needs analysis to closing complex, multi-stage deals. KPIs drive you, and you aim for significant, measurable success.

  • Strategic Relationship Building:You serve as the main point of contact at all levels – from operations and procurement to C-level executives. You develop account strategies, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure yoummday’s position as a trusted advisor in complex organizations.

  • Voice of the Customer & Account Leadership: You deeply understand your clients’ business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and influence internal product, operations, and sales decisions to maximize customer outcomes.

  • Negotiation & Deal Execution:You lead complex international contracts involving multiple stakeholders, structure deals together with legal, finance, and operations, and ensure smooth transitions from pilot projects to ongoing operations.

  • Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making: You have a detailed understanding of your clients’ business challenges and think solution-oriented. You leverage your experience in ABM, identify new opportunities, warm up cold contacts, and scale potential. You act as the “Voice of the Customer” and actively influence product, operations, and sales decisions.

  • Flexibility & Problem Solving:Complex deals don’t always go as planned? You stay focused, find smart solutions, and turn every challenge into long-term success. Your motto: “The harder you work, the more opportunities you will get.”

Your skillset
  • Relevant Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales or global account management within B2B services, outsourcing, or tech. You have managed multi-stakeholder accounts and successfully closed high-value contracts.

  • Network: Ideally, you bring your own client network, enabling you to hit the ground running and quickly build a strong pipeline.

  • Relationship Building & Advisory Skills: You establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise your clients as a true partner. Your presence exudes credibility and professionalism.

  • Commercial Acumen & Negotiation: You have a strong sense for business and profitability and handle complex deals confidently and strategically. You think outside the box and approach challenges in innovative and creative ways.

  • Independent & Team-Oriented: You work independently, proactively drive your accounts, and at the same time, are a reliable partner for colleagues across countries and time zones.

  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English, in writing and speaking (C-level proficiency), and bring a healthy dose of humor to your interactions.
