German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Relocation Support for EU-Citizens

Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative supporting diabetes medical devices. In this role, you won’t just answer questions — you'll help patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals navigate solutions that genuinely improve quality of life.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German (C2), with English (C1) for internal communication
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with clear and accurate guidance
• Assist with product usage and basic troubleshooting while following quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure service excellence

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotating shifts
• Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00)
• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid 14 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €400 gross/month (paid 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Relocation support for a smooth move to sunny Porto

Requirements

• Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1)
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in rotating shifts within a multicultural environment
• Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus — full training provided
