• Support customers via phone, email, and chat

Requirements for a Remote Employee in Greece :

• EU passport or work permit
• Permanent, full-time employment – be prepared to commit for at least 4 months
• Strong German skills – both spoken and written
• Good English skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible
• Familiar with digital media and online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom or Teams)
• Access to a stable internet connection from your own apartment somewhere in Greece or on the islands
