Our client, an international provider of Global Relocation, Immigration and Mobility Services, is seeking to employ a German Immigration Specialist based in their Dusseldorf office to service a range of multi-national client accounts.

After probation, 2 days of WFH each week will be introduced.

Position Summary :

• Manage end-to-end German Immigration cases on behalf of corporate clients.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout the process, updating the internal CRM system as required.
• Provide up-to-date immigration advice to assignees, explaining the available routes and requirements.
• Work with internal teams to ensure visa applications are processed in accordance with the client’s timeline.
• Keep the client updated throughout the process.
• Find alternative routes / amend applications should the application be rejected.

Skills / Requirements :

• Understanding of the end-to-end visa and work permit application processes.
• Strong German inbound immigration knowledge.
• Fluent in English & German.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
