Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and implement suitable advertising solutions by collaborating actively with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a diverse range of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each client.

Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative strategies to improve client relationships and agency collaborations, sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, and upselling or promoting other Google products.
2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on advertising investments through a consultative approach.
3. Achieve assigned sales quotas while delivering an exceptional customer sales experience.
4. Engage proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in German (C2 level).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
• Experience in sales (0-1 years minimum).
• Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.

This is a full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract.

Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross per year, with potential bonuses up to €3,500 gross per year, and opportunities for overachievement.

Work Model: Hybrid in Barcelona.
