About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a leading tech company in Malta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in an international environment, and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced digital space.

You’ll work on a hybrid schedule supporting users via email and chat while also playing a role in keeping online platforms safe through content moderation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer Support (70%)
  • Assist users with account or product questions via email and chat (no phone calls)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English
  • Use tools and internal resources to provide accurate, efficient support
  • Content Review (30%)
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform standards
  • Identify and report harmful or inappropriate material
  • Help maintain a safe and respectful online space
What You Bring

  • Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)
